Investigations into employee theft and misconduct in the workplace. This type of investigation helps a business entity weed out dishonest employees. Employee theft can range from the taking of business property to embezzlement or fraud schemes such as kickbacks and false billing schemes.

Internal Affairs investigations can also be used to protect the employer in cases where there is alleged misconduct such as sexual harassment and employee policy violations. EXECUTIVE AND VIP PROTECTION

The Hawkins Group can provide armed or unarmed protective services for executives, VIPs, or anyone else who has the need for such a service in the State of Washington.

MISSING PERSONS INVESTIGATIONS

Using our experience, techniques, and resources in conducting criminal investigations and our confidential data bases, we have the ability to locate missing persons. Such persons can be witnesses required for civil or criminal court cases or persons to be served with court papers. They can be people attempting to avoid financial or private responsibilities such as child support or contractual obligations. STATEMENT TAKING

Taking statements can be time consuming, technical, and if not done correctly can severely affect a court case or investigation. Each individual case and statement requires certain elements and information to make it meaningful and valuable to our client's needs. Quite often people are not co-operative or willing to give a statement and this is the situation in which our investigators practice their specialized investigation techniques.

From our experience in Federal and State law enforcement agencies, our investigators have become experts at interviewing, interrogating, and obtaining official statements that are admissible in evidence.

SURVEILLANCE SERVICES

We can provide surveillance services that are helpful in many types of cases. Our surveillance activities can be either stationary or mobile depending on the circumstances and needs of the client. Examples of the types of surveillance activities we can engage in are as follows:

This type of investigation includes the placement of an investigator into a position within your company to determine internal theft, mismanagement, drug use or other employee misconduct in the workplace. We will work closely with the company to tailor such operations to fully meet the business's specific needs.

WORKMANS COMPENSATION INVESTIGATIONS

Investigations into the activities and physical capacity of a claimant who has alleged an injury during the course of employment and who is either receiving or expecting benefits. This type of investigation details the claimant's daily activities and reveals possible employment or activities that call the severity of the alleged injury into question.
