PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY CONCERNS

The Hawkins Group tenaciously guards the privacy and confidentiality of our Clients, and NEVER sells or otherwise distributes personal, business, identifying or any other specific information regarding our Clients to unauthorized third parties. The information that we provide to other entities is supplied only to those individuals and/or businesses that absolutely require the information in order for The Hawkins Group to provide authorized services and/or products to our Clients.

Possible examples of third parties to whom limited Client information might be provided would include corporate officers and employees of The Hawkins Group, other licensed private investigation agencies and their employees to whom investigative assignments are subcontracted, the client's attorney, and credit card processing services (when required to process and authorize credit card orders).
All investigations conducted, reports generated and evidence secured by The Hawkins Group are considered by us to be 'confidential work product', and therefore will not be made available to anyone except the Client without that Client's expressed authorization.

Exceptions to this policy may include any demand for information received by The Hawkins Group which is made by means of a lawful subpoena, or the provision of information to the appropriate law enforcement agency upon the reasonable determination of The Hawkins Group that a crime has been or may be committed.

If The Hawkins Group is working for an attorney on a client's behalf, then the additional protection afforded by the attorney-client privilege is applicable.
